There there Little Shop of Horrors 1960 original film by Roger Corman definitely fits the cult film definition . It also inspired a popular mural which morphed into the a very popular 1986 buccal reboot .

I'm not sure RHPS is a 'cult' film any more. A classic maybe but it's pretty well entered mainstream pop culture these days.

I would nominate anything directed by Richard Driscoll. But especially The Comic.
