New inspiration

For the first time in a long time, I have the inspiration to write again. It's been very strange these past few months. I've had next to no inspiration or inclination to write, save for the writing contest, and that felt a bit depressing, really.
Things have changed, though. I've got my inspiration back, and I feel like I can actually write something again. Here's hoping I can make a better go of it this time.
My creativity didn't completely abandon me, though. Following the clay cake topper/model train I made as a christening present, I've been making more and more out of clay. I've set up a separate, offsite blog for that, though. Now I just need to find a balance with my writing!

Thanks, Chopper.
Lol, Ace1 - I'm not even a professional writer, just an aspiring one! Still, any advice I would give would be to just keep writing, and do a bit of reading, too. By reading, you get an idea of how to put a novel together, and it can help in a lot of other ways, too: vocabulary, grammar, structure etc... And keep writing! Put all of your ideas down on paper or in a word/equivalent document, and that way you can always build on even the most basic of ideas.
You might want to ask in the Aspiring Writers section of the forum, too. I'm sure you'll pick up some tips there.
