Oh, I’m a real worry! Old age and forgetfulness seems to be the order of the day. 
Not so long ago I hung my washing in the wardrobe to dry.
Then just a few minutes ago the phone rang – so I picked up my coffee cup to answer it! Luckily the coffee had gone cold, as is usual, so at least I didn’t get scalded. I’m wondering what I will do next – any suggestions? 
Oh, that should read 'helpful and nice' suggestions, otherwise, who knows what suggestions I might reveive!

Well this is the third day of being a non smoker and I found it harder than the first day!
The usual puff after my first coffee of the day felt very desirable this morning
Then again this afternoon, one of my symptoms from my PTSD suddenly came on and I was that close to getting into the car and going to buy some cigarettes! Luckily I turned the radio on and one of my favourite tunes was being played. That took my mind off my need for a smoke thank goodness.
So, although early days yet, I can still say I am a 'non smoker'.

My suggestion: Take that pack and run water over it for 5 min. See how appealing those cigarettes look then. Family emergencies call for prayer, pacing, and positive thinking.
