Oh, I’m a real worry! Old age and forgetfulness seems to be the order of the day.

Not so long ago I hung my washing in the wardrobe to dry. Then just a few minutes ago the phone rang – so I picked up my coffee cup to answer it! Luckily the coffee had gone cold, as is usual, so at least I didn’t get scalded. I’m wondering what I will do next – any suggestions? Oh, that should read 'helpful and nice' suggestions, otherwise, who knows what suggestions I might reveive!

Does anyone know where I can get some good working body parts? Like a new arm or even just a hand?

Still typing with one hand! Still it has given me an insight into what it could be like for someone who is actually missing an arm, especially if it is the arm or hand they use the most.

Taking down notes while on the telephone, especially if like me, they cant balance the phone on one shoulder! Taking money out of purse or wallet is another example where I would use...

That's it! I've decided that in my next life i shall be an immortal!

Staying at that lovely age of 28ish, no illness of body or mind and with the wisdom that I have now.

Still, I do have a lovely Saturday planned - I'm going to see my girls They always make me feel younger and carefree. Flying kites, building sandcastles and making a lot of mess when painting pictures! I must remember to get a special file for all the pictures they paint just for me,...

Multi Tasking

I must try and do one thing at a time and not consider myself as a good multi-tasker at the moment. I made that decision because of what happened at breakfast the other morning. No it wasn’t more coffee on the porridge! I had put my coffee and sugar in the coffee mug and set the kettle to boil. While waiting I peeled a mandarine, very tasty ones and so they should be at the price they sell them for! The kettle finally boiled and I poured the boiling water - over the mandarins!

Hypnotherapy

It’s not funny! I've been going to a hypnotherapist in the hope that I shall have some relief from the anxiety and panic attacks which I get so often. I was also hoping that once I had mastered that I would then be able to to give up the cigarettes, for it’s when I am most anxious that I light up. Well, the cigarette lights up, not me! Apparently I am not a good subject to hypnotise – I’m too anxious! So there is no chance of me running around the room thinking I am a chicken!

Food

Oh great – just found an advert for an English butcher/delicatessen and tea rooms down in Mandurah! This establishment sells real British style sausages, Mushy Peas, various Black and White puddings, Welsh style Faggots, Tattie Scones, Aberdeen Kippers, Suet puddings, Spotted Dick and Jam Roly Poly. It has been so long since I have eaten British Sausages – looks as if I shall be off for a drive tomorrow and blow the price of petrol and the diet!
