Every emotion is related to an alarm of some description.
Some alarms are installed very early on in life, wired directly to the mains supply. These are the hardest to disconnect.
Other alarms run on batteries and when the batteries run out, you can decide whether to renew them or let them be.
Any alarm that is ignored could lead to danger.
But some alarms malfunction.
The worst alarms are the ones you don't even hear.
