Tutankhamun - the legacy...
Yes it's official, I'm feeling as old as a turd from Tutankhamun's camel.
My once vibrant brain has been infected with a porridge like substance of inate matter.
An example of my cutting edge thinking is, my most favorite film of all time is Hunt for Red October. Tom Clancy's masterful debut story.
The DVD sits on a shelf below my TV.
Cos me memory isn't what it should be I watch it on a weekly basis, thinking, 'I love this film. These latest Hollywood epics are cutting edge.'
Yes that's right I cant remember watching it the week before. I'm locked in a time capsule from 1987.
In my hay day of youthfullness, I could memorise tel numbers, postcodes, passwords, financial statements -you name it. But now, sadly, I have to write it down and even then I forget where I've put the paper.
But anyway I'll keep going, taking the medication and watching my three DVD's, rotationally of course. One thing though, being forgetfull saves you a fortune at your local video store but not to worry money isnt everything.
Where am I by the way, is this the forum called Absolute Write?
I hear it's a more friendly place than those mutants at SFF Chrons! But I digress, I'm off to watch a film before I forget - see you soon.
