| Re: Rock music died in the '70's Josh Homme is also involved with the Eagles of Death Metal. I'm not a huge fan, but it is something of a tongue-in-cheek rock thing (with intentionally low quality production.) |

| Re: Rock music died in the '70's Most of my music collection consists of 60's - 80's rock, despite it all being long before I was born I still find it better than a lot of the stuff produced today. I think there were some good rock bands in the 80's, but the Dire Straits is the only one that comes to mind straight away. Modern day though I really can't find many rock bands that I like, I listen to a bit of "Indie" but that's about as far as I go with it. I definitely agree with Ahdkaw about the charts though, it really isn't very often I find a single song or artist that I like in the charts, most of the time I find that I can't stand anything in there. | Re: Rock music died in the '70's U are right in one way about the rock music is died at 70's. But the new groups are now looking for the advertisement systems for theirselves. But before, the world famous rock groups were limited. Because of that they were making very good musics. But nowadays we can only see the new generation. Now in the place of new generation I like to listen oldies. Because I like them. In some ways I am with you but at the other way I am not. But you are true |
