Does anyone know which episode this occurred in?

SG-1 is showing off the P-90s to an alien race or Carter is trying to prove herself or something to that effect...O'Neill has Carter fire at a target some distance away, but he makes the target swing...Carter of course fires and blasts the target apart...and everyone else is really impressed

this scene has been on my mind for a while, and I've been racking my brains but I can't remember what episode it is from...any ideas?
