| Re: Question of Pages I'd imagine the standard fantasy novel these days would clock in at around one eighty - two hundred thousand, if not more. I've heard one twenty as the figure quoted for the bottom end of publishable manuscripts, but I'm not sure there's a hard and fast rule. Those members with actual publishing experience would know a lot more about these matters, and I'm sure they'll chime in sooner or later.
