Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation Sorry Khan, I've been meaning to drop by again and say thanks for these pics - they're great! Pug is a lot more slender than I imagined him but I think his name gives me that picture! I love Arutha though, almost exactly as I, myself, imagined him - Martin Longbow too! Keep 'em coming if you can and if you haven't done so already, provide me with a release date, I can't get my partner to read the book but this, he'll read! Cheers again! ![]() xx

Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation I'm liking Fantus and whilst on subject of feedback... I, too thought Tomas' parents were rather harsh. That never came across in the book, I got the impression that they loved Pug as if he were their own son, just that Megar was a bit hot headed at times! Fantus is lovely though, I want a Firedrake!!!! xx

Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation I have to agree with everyone the pictures are wonderful. Also I thought Megar and his wife were a bit angry looking as well as Borric. The book does portray Borric as being stern but with a sense of humor. Looking at the picture again I think it is the eyes more than anything. Hope that is not to presumptuous of me.

Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation Adasunshine my friend, I'm happy you are liking Fantus. The colorist colored him a beautiful dark green that is absolutely beautiful and his underbelly a soft cream color, it's really nice You are right Tomas' parents love Pug, you will see this in the future pages One important factor we had to consider when doing this scene is the comic book fans who never read the novels before and who will be reading this for the first time, I had a handful read the five page preview and they were hooked right off the bat and wanted to read more Our goal is to bring the comic book fans to the bookstores and at the same time to bring bookstore fans into the comic book stores. Yeah, I agree having a firedrake would be really cool! Lissa my friend, I'm happy that you like the art For Borric once you get to see the pages you will see that he is more stern and less angry. Oh and you will get a bit of humor from him as well No, it is not presumptuous of you, I encourage feedback from all the fans and that is how we can make this adaptation the best that it can be.

Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation It's good to see the characters authoritatively drawn. I'm not a huge fan of anime or cartoons but definitely interesting to see coloured representations of people that have been in my mind for so long. ![]()

Re: Raymond E. Feist Riftwar Adaptation Fantastic! You've just converted a die hard fantasy book reader into someone that reads graphic novels. I'd never given graphic novels a second glance as the majority tend to have a sci-fi theme but am delighted to see someone adapting one of my favourite books. Fannon and arutha are exactly as i imagined them when reading the book and the colours are amazing. Thanks Khan.
