It says Captain Shakespeare was intended by Matthew Vaughn to be either Jack Nicholson or Robert de Niro. I keep seeing Nicholson as the Joker or the man with the ax from Shining. Petticoats don't quite fit in there though I suspect he'd have been as good. |
