Usually my favourites are;
The Fifth Elephant - Uberwald, the Watch, dwarves, plus the werewolf/vampire relations were great!
Lords and Ladies - I love the sinister elves, and anything with the witches.
Night Watch - just very moving, and cleverly written (not to say the others aren't either). I also really liked Thud, for similar reasons, but that could also be because I've read it very recently.

I couldn't really get into Going Postal, and that along with the Last Continent have been the only ones I wasn't particularly keen on.
