The key to the success of DS9 is the ensemble nature of the show. And not just the main cast. The sheer number of regular guest characters who were woven into the show's tapestry became as much a part of the seven-year storyline as Sisko, Kira and the others.
That said - if I have to choose a favourite, it would be Garak. |
