Is Daenerys reminiscent of ASoIaF? Danaerys is the name of a princess in George R.R. Martin A Song of Ice and Fire. D. has lost her realm, but she tries to get it back with the help of baby-dragons.

Forgive them, piccola Hollandaise.

Giovanna isn't olandese some kind of sauce? Which we shouldn't really give to honoured members such as Marquis Chrispyen, it just isn't the done thing and all that.

Piccola olandese only means "little Dutch girl". In Italian, you don't capitalise nationalities. The reference to the sauce is fortuitous (imprévu, in French).

For the connaisseurs, I'll give the definition of the olandese sauce, though:

"Deliziosa salsa a base di uova e burro per accompagnare pollo o pesce lesso o verdure o legumi."
