Unless I'm mistaken about your comment, I believe R5-D4 was the red astromech droid that Uncle Owen bought instead of R2-D2 until it blew it's motivator in ANH. The droid you are refering to is called R4-P17 and is Obi-Wan's droid in his Jedi Starfighter in AotC and RotS, the droid has a burgandy head colour and was taken out by buzz droids over the battle of Coruscant. In AotC during his pursuit through the asteroid field by jr. and sr. Fett, he did that little spare parts/attach myself to a large object stunt and was probably the reason Boba Fett knew years later where the Millenium Falcon was hiding in TESB. What do you think? |
