It's always fun and safe to keep stories theoretical and intellectual. Actually trying to apply them or let them affect behavior is dangerous... I like reading fantasies, reading histories, and fighting table top battles with miniatures. If I had to apply ASOIAF to my own life... honestly, I'd be little Lord Robert or mayhaps Marillion.
