Apparently some people have found copies in bookshops already (in the UK), even thought it isn't officially out until next week, as far as I know.

The two Tal books and the kaspar one was good, the first darkwar however was truly bad, he repeats everything over and over again about the chars histories and the story in itself was paper-thin, even i knew leso varen was the emperor long before i reached the conclusion of the book

I'm not surprised you knew Leso was the Emperor before the end of the book. Feist gives it to you on a plate with some pretty big hints, so I don't think he intended it to be an 'Oh my god' moment. It was the characters who had to work it out, not the reader

i was because i forgot who leso was as i had read the series out of order so it came as a shock to me for that reason only
