Get Cameron/Scott to direct it, and let's see what we've all wanted, Aliens swarming Earth.

Huge box office.
How can you say that? Alien 3 was the best acted movie in the franchise by far, not to mention the fact that the opening sequences on Fury were filmed in my home town .
But anyway, haven't you read Earth Hive? That's pretty much the plot. They just changed the names and Ripley died off. Hicks and Newt are there though. Someone's probably already said this but - Alien : Earth Hive was written before the 3rd Alien existed, and while it was a better concept than the 3rd movie, the film rocked. It lacked action, sure, but it rivalled the 1st in suspense and bested it as far as acting and cinematography are concerned (bear in mind that I'm talking about the special edition Directors Cut, not the horribly bare theatrical version - I know it's only half hour or so but damn..)

So yeah. That's that. I feel passionately about this.
