Was anyone else surprised when our new poster Tysha came out of nowhere with her Alleras=Aegon theory? She came up with this between pages 11-14 on the
Three Heads thread. She claims she's new to these boards. But seriously, if you were new is that the first theory you'd post? I think not. Normal people would explore safer avenues such as 1) Is Dany infertile? 2) Who are Jon's parents? 3) Jeyne Westerling and Jeyne Poole: Where are they?
No, she takes on one of the biggest enigmas and gives a provocative explanation. How could she do this?
Possible explanations include...
1) She's not so innundated with the same old merry-go-round ideas and explanations that she's looking at the material with a fresh view, i.e. she does not have to unlearn all the catechisms that we know. The conclusion therefore is that I'll personally never be able to come up with what GRRM is working on... and I can't handle that. So I'm rejecting this explanation.
2) She wants to explore Aegon possibilities, but she does not want to ruin her good name that she's already established on the Chronicles Network. Say, has anyone seen AryaUnderfoot lately? No, we've not seen her since before Tysha showed up. Both are women. Both are clever. Both seem to take criticism in stride. So a possible explanation is that Tysha=AryaUnderfoot.
3) Identifying herself as a woman is too easy for us to make the connection to AryaUnderfoot... so claiming to be a woman is just a ruse from Tysha. Have you guys noticed that even after I requested Werthead and Raven to respond to the
Dragon has Three Heads thread that neither one has. Perhaps they've just not seen it or have decided not to post... or one of them already has as Tysha. Raven and Wert, in my opinion, are the two most informed experts on ASOIAF that I've read. But perhaps one of them just wanted to test the waters with this Alleras=Aegon theory here first. So claiming to be female is just a red herring... either Tysha=Wert or Tysha=Raven might be true.
4) After wowing us (me at least) with the Alleras=Aegon theory, Tysha started making comments like "I just thought R+L=J" and "Perhaps Tyrion is a Targ" knowing full well that these have been discussed ad nauseum. This is also a red herring. She's now playing stupid to throw us off her/his tracks. Conclusion, Tysha knows a lot more than he/she is letting on.
Okay, I've figured it all out because I'm smrt.
Tysha is not a woman.
Tysha was testing a theory on fans.
Tysha tried to throw us off the scent by referencing old topics.
Tysha has inside knowledge.
Therefore, Tysha=GRRM.
End of story.
Aegon, you send me on searches through the old threads and this is what you'll get... By the way, you started this thread.
PS - Tysha, if you need a laugh, read this whole thread.
