Re: Damn you Lucas!!!

Right on C of K,
I have never liked the my way or the highway mentality, no wonder this subject is so distasteful to so many.
Even in a perfect world we all won't like or do the same things, diversity, you know. Personally I don't like the religious
cookie cutter effect either. I like to tell others to not take my word on anything but if you hear something you're not sure of from me,
take it to the Big Guy and ask Him. And if I'm wrong, kindly let me know.
The world cannot have the problems it has yet everybody claiming their way is right and true.
Religion really should put us all on equal terms by showing we all fall short in the eyes of God and He is the one to approach
to figure life out (but don't so many in the world do that already?). I can't fix the world, but I can go through it and to the
one's I meet even for a moment or a liftime, I will do what I can to encorage and enhance rather than discourage. And yes, I still have
fun too, I'm the youngest 39 year old I know. Those aren't my words either. I love being humorous, I can even laugh at myself which means I will never cease to be amused.
And you are right of course, we have had arrogance from the beginning, I agree now there are more people
filling this planet with instantanious in your face media coverage so that may make it seem worse. Unfortunatly I
also think the love of the greater number of people has cooled off. Serving people for many years has shown me
this but when I see courtesy and respect and humility it shines all the brighter in today's life whether it be from a young
child to an elderly person. And that is very encouraging to me.
Good talking with you!...Ignorance is bliss to some perhaps, but there is always a flip side...
