| recurring names
wat are your views on recurring names of objects or cities in a set of works not necessarily in one particular series but in a created universe
for example:
Aesashurandr is a mystical blade and since i like the name i keep using it in different pieces that i write even though the pieces don't relate to each other in any way whether in the same series or even same solar system, is this ok for perhaps a fictional universe or should i create new name for new weapons? o the blade generally remains the same in all pieces taking this into regard should i put them all in one series even though that wasn't my original plan?
another example:
Myst is the name for all activities which do not follow a scientific method and are not questioned for example precognition, magic etc. |
