That doesn't seem to be in the published version of the novel...
Harry is able to return from "death" because Voldemort used some of Harry's blood to bring himself back to full life in "Goblet"; it is therefore Voldemort who is keeping Harry alive by maintaining the protection through love originally put in place by Lily. The irony! Snape is a much better wizard than Harry, he's just a little prejudiced round the edges (as indeed is Harry on certain subjects).
