| Harriet Jones - MP Flydale North
In "World War III" the Doctor explains to Rose that he remembered the name Harriet Jones. He claims that she is the Prime Minister for three successive terms. That's 12 years.
However, in "The Christmas Invasion" she is ousted due to a vote of no confidence. Mickey, Jackie and Harriet herself do not appear to be 12 years older at this time.
