I have friends who live in South Yorkshire and I may have passed near Dewsbury on my way there from Newcastle on my many visits. The name itself is meaningless and is not something I have set on as I am yet to decide what world this story will take place.
The introduction to Josephine was never a comfortable and finished piece. Although it was my intention to paint her life as being wealthy but utterly dull. This was to contrast with the changes I had planned on making to her later.
The reality is, these characters may only feature in a larger story and not as the main heroes/characters. Time will tell. |
