I think that's a bit of a nifty Idea.
Zombie, I agree. It would also be cool seeing more of how the Tamul diplomatic service works. How they handle the affairs of government before Sarabian becomes a real emperor.
I've also thought about a book giving more depth on Zakath's history; his transition from young promising emperor to psychopath.
I suppose none of these really qualify as prequels/sequels... more 'spin off' aren't they!
