Thanks for that! Chris, I'd like to take you up on your offer of help but I'm very far from having the complete translation. I'll be working on it for months I'm afraid. In the meantime a native English speaker based here in Moscow has offered his help in corrections and some editing. But, as he suggested himself, it would be wise to have more than one person have a look at it.

Chris, what do you say if I contact you once the whole thing (or major part of it) is completed? Say, some time around September?
