An enjoyable movie, but didn't think it great. (I'm still bitching to myself about no Peeves.)
Wish the Tooks character and the other members of the Order were developed in more depth ... as well as the villainous potential of Malfoy and Kreatcher. I would have liked maybe 10-15 minutes more in the movie.
One more thing. I agree that you have to have read the books to understand the movie. My old man, who does not read fantasy unless its scholarly, got lost this time around while he understood and enjoyed the previous movies. |
