My favorite is Deadhouse Gate for the Chain of Dogs sequence.
Although I like the Y'ghatan sequence in Bonehunters nearly as much. But then, I seem to like Bonehunters a whole lot more than most.
My least favorite, by a long way, is Reaper's Gale. Based on it, I'm seriously worried if I will, yet again, part ways with a long fantasy series before it's finished
