I thought the aliens in the last few episodes were infact the humans sent to Utopia
Otherwise the question remains what happened to them and what is the link between the last 3 episodes. Also I remember the Master giving of an evil laugh when he thinks about Utopia etc
It's a shame there was nothing/ no scenes about the humans' experience there, just some speech about it.
