ALL anime is dubbed. Some of it is just dubbed into Japanese first. Which only leaves the quality of the dub in question, and there's been a lot of bad ones.
I vote Fullmetal Alchemist best anime of all time. Gorgeous, tragic, funny, beautiful, thought-provoking. It's got it all.
