| Re: Darren Shan His site does look spooky, I rather like the look of it I read somewhere that he's a lover of large spiders. Despite the look of the site, his vampire series is for YA's. Not sure about his new stuff as Ive not read that yet. I do intend to get his newer books, eventually |

| Re: Darren Shan i loved the darren shan saga it was a great well thought out plot abd well descried. i like the demonatra better though the language is better and the describtions are more horrific other forums had teachers who said they read it to their year6 (10-11 year olds) and gave some of them nightmares |

| Re: Darren Shan I read them, but though the plot was certainly engaging enough, I found that it was rather too simplistic, and he killed my favourite character off (Kurda) way too soon. Besides I have my own precise notions about what vampires look like. |
