Thanks also for the good wishes, Mutant Elf. I very much appreciate all the support I receive from the people here. It's most inspiring to know that there are so many interested enough to take the time to visit and tell me what they think.

I guess this means that if we want you to hit the bestseller lists, all your fans on this forum need to come along to one of your signing events immediately after the formal launch date, and buy lots of copies to give to friends and relatives as Christmas presents... ![]()

I'm hoping to get them into the supermarkets eventually, but I'm not going to hold my breath this time around. Buying for friends and relatives immediately after the launch date ... well, what can I say? Of course I'd love to see folk doing that, but it would be somewhat cheeky of me (to say the least) to actively encourage that here. My plan is to get out in the public eye and hand sell as many copies in the major chains as I possibly can. We'll see how much one person's efforts will affect the outcome then. I always enjoy meeting people from Chronicles at events. (I've met a fair few over the last couple of years) It was great to meet Jackokent at Cheltenham the other week - it was far too fleeting of course, but that is the nature of such events. Conventions offer better opportunities to have a more meaningful chat, but I'm probably not going to be attending any for a while now, as I'm likely to be too busy.

| Re: Imperial Assassin welcome to chronicles vicky The next Imperial book will be called Imperial Traitor, there was a release date around somewhere but i fear i've misplaced it. If you want to keep an eye on the book until it comes out it can be found at Amazon.co.uk: Imperial Traitor: Books: Mark Robson or try Mark Robson If you want another Robson fix, try the Darkweaver books ![]() |
