| Re: 1.12: Second City Yeah the reconciliation was really predictable. I like shows better when 'bad' things happen along with the good. Like, if Daddy Murphy had died, but they still got the bad guy - it's more interesting.
Or, if Dad had really been the bad guy - the promos made it look like he would be - then, of course, he wasn't.
Also - I detest with a fiery passion the 'shipping' of Harry and Murphy. I hate it because it's one of those things that they are pushing really hard in the series, despite 'ladies man' Dresden in half the other episodes. it's just - ugh.
I'm not a 'shipper' anyway - and then when the show INSISTS that *this* is the ship you have to see... that bugs me.
I wasn't overly impressed with this episode - as a season finale, it wasn't as impressive as it could've been. |
