I missed the finn brothers on their last tour where they dipped into songs from split endz/crowded house and the solo stuff... 2 show shows in Dublin and sold out in less than a week! way to many ex-pats this one should be a good night. | |

| Re: Gigs... Has anyone else seen Gogol Bordello? Saw them last night in Oxford and they were absolutely awsome. An extreem high eneregy gypsy punk band that had us all leaping onto the stage. For a finale they bodysurfed over the audience on a huge bass drum... fantastic, my ears are still ringing. |

| Re: Gigs... I Haven't been to a big gig in years, last one was Pink Floyd about 10 years ago. First gig I went to was to see ACDC in Leeds when I was around 13, my dad took me and a friend. I don't even go to see local bands anymore, I'm quite happy listening to my record collection. |

| The Wicked Sword Maiden | Re: Gigs... Although I don't get to see these gig, we certainly are getting our fair share here. As Quokka mentioned, there is Split Enz arriving here in June. Stevie Nicks came across and did an outdoor gig with our own John Farnham. Is this advert for real? Deep Purple and Status Quo on the same billing on May 3rd? Now that I would love to go and see!! ![]() On March 19th we have 'Rock iT...a gig held outside once again, with Silverchair and Grinspoon. Nickleback will be here at the End of April. |

| Re: Gigs... Muse, Muse, Muse! Seriously, I've seen them 4 times and can't get bored of them.. their live shows are beyond words. Other than those I've seen Feeder and The Strokes.. and countless local bands.. I guess I only want to see bands that I'm really overly interested in. Always wanted to see Inme, but somehow I've always managed to miss them every time they were near ~ </3 |

| ~Behold my sparklies!~ | Seen the Levellers, Shed Seven (remember them?), The Beautiful South, and a friend of a friend's band who were good, but I have heard since they have changed lead singer and doing well. Sanity - I am well jealous that you saw The Ramones! I always wanted to see 'The Stone Roses' but never got round to it ![]() |
