Perhaps I shouldn't speak up here, not having read Tehanu myself but... from the accounts I've heard from people who have -- yes. Albeit it's a distinct shift, and more mature in approach (as befits the world, the characters, and LeGuin's own growth as a writer). Also, there are two other books in the Earthsea set:
Tales from Earthsea (2001) and
The Other Wind (2001). One of these is a story collection. There are also a couple of Earthsea stories in her collection,
The Wind's Twelve Quarters, "The Word of Unbinding" and "The Rule of Names". Below is a link to a chronology for the series:
