Last I heard, series 3 of Doctor Who was scheduled to start Saturday 31st March.

I doubt that a date has been set for series 2 of Torchwood yet, since they haven't even started filming, but it will probably be end of 2007/beginning of 2008.

I'm not sure about The Sarah Jane Adventures... I seem to remember that they weren't starting filming until around March/April of this year, so it'll probably be at least Autumn before the series is aired.
