annabella could work well as Melisandre... tho she looks older than Monica (IMHO)...
I think i just have an issue with Monica and the actress you suggested for Catelyn... both have dark hair and it clearly suits them... yet Catelyn and Lysa have auburn hair, and thats a look that not many women, let alone actresses can pull off well... i certainly don't think Monica could - her colouring is all wrong for red hair... and Lysa's hair is the one thing about her beauty that she has NOT lost.
