| I liked the second one - but ni some respects it was weaker than the first.
True, X-men had "Toad" as a villain character, and he was frankly just a little laughable as a foe.
But there were substantial weak plot moments in X-Men 2 - for example, when the children leave the house we never get to see what happened to them after. And another was when the X-Men plane was coming to earth - and just happened to do so over the exact part of the earth where Magneto was. Bit disappointing to see Professor X so little active as well.
Maybe it's just because I was a little hyped for it. Still a decent film and worth watching. |
