Re: How do you listen to yours???

Depends where I am in the house - CD's in the bedroom, MP3's via PC in the lounge. And am in the market for an MP3 player for travelling....

MP3 player for me - cd players too bulky for travelling.
Having said that, CD hasn't really replaced tape for me, until CD rewriters become built into HiFi systems as well as PCs

Re: How do you listen to yours???

I've started putting all my CD's onto the PC in MP3 format... Have an extra hard drive in the PC just for music and photos...

MP3 and CD. I transfer most of the stuff to CD after a while to save space and allow me to play it in my room/portable CD-player. Also, they are now selling MP# stereos. This is cool, but raises the question of why not just using your computer.

Re: How do you listen to yours???

CD and, increasingly rarely, cassette tape. But to be honest, I kind of miss vinyl.

Talking Re: How do you listen to yours???

I actually bought my last hi-fi system because it had a turn table!! Yes I have a few 'oldish' vinyl records still in the cupboard!! Actually they have become rather popular with collectors who pay considerable amounts of money for the old records.
I still play my tape cassettes now and again. While CD's I usually play on my laptop and in my car.
At the moment I don't feel the need to buy an iPod or MP3.

Re: How do you listen to yours???

Well, CD or radio mostly. However, I am in the market for an iPod once my taxes come in this year. You may find it strange but I may be one of the few people here who still have an 8-track player and cassettes. Plus they work! Call me sentimental or a pack rat. But it's a neat conversation piece. LOLOLOL...
