However, seeing that he was early come to manhood implies nothing other than he was a grown adult, fair and noble - that he was good looking and dignified/proud/possibly just (which living with elves he could not otherwise be). it suggests nothing of his wisdom at that time. indeed it implies he would yet become greater in body and mind, meaning he was not that experienced really, or at most that he was becoming wise already and would become moreso (which we know he did). |
