Finally saw this. I enjoyed it but it was definitely the weakest of the three. On the point of easy deaths of main characters. I think if handled well, a meaningless death for a strong character can add an element of pathos and real-life.....it happens. Note that I said if it is handled well.

I felt the script a bit clumsy and too many characters with not enough to do. I thought there could have ben a strong bond built between Angel and the boy looking out the window of the institute but it came to nothing. The look of wonder on the boy's face just begged for a bit of plot development there.

I think on the whole, I'd have preferred a movie with a load of Sentinels in it.

However, spectacular effects and big fights do not, on their own, a movie make. Still, I'd happily watch it again
