Just a note for any fans out there who might be interested...

What's wrong with hardback? Hardback is better than paperback.

Re: Neil Gaimon fans...

Some people like hardback and some like paperback and others don't give a rat's patootie...we all have our little quirks...

In any case, back to Mr. Gaiman...

In reading his blog (which is highly amusing and definitely recommended http://www.neilgaiman.com) I found out that one of his appearances on tour for Ananasi Boys will be at a British Columbia radio station and only 70 tickets will be given out and those you'll have to win (for those who might be in that area around that time, I know it's too far for me, the car probably would die before I got to the border...). Here's the info:

Vancouver, addition

This just added to the Where's Neil site (http://www.neilgaiman.com/where/where.asp):

Thursday, October 6, 12 Noon to 2 PM PDT
VANCOUVER, CANADA
CBC Bookclub
CBC Radio - Studio One
700 Hamilton Street
Vancouver, BC
Tickets to the bookclub can only be won. 70 pairs of tickets will go to people who enter through the web site
http://www.cbc.ca/bc/bookclub/. Contestants must, in 200 words, explain why they want to attend.
