Re: Hero's and Villians Im all goodness inside and out... I doubt there is a bad bone in my body and its not as though I hav'nt tried to discover one ![]() Heroine is a strong word so I suppose I am the sidekick, the one who keeps the group together and in good humour. The little one who no-one thinks is worth anything untill they show thier bravery and worth at the last minute and end up saving the day! ![]() xxxkyexxx

Re: Hero's and Villians I'm neither. I'd guess I'm the 'generic peasant' who sees it all happen (and unsuccessfully ducks )As for the other question, I can't say I've ever met true evil; I've certainly met some poor-grade bad guy wannabes. The only hero I've ever personally met is my mom. She does her best to save everything that comes her way, people, animals, whatever. She's quite sucessful at times too. And all that after having been born with two club feet, losing her mother in her pre-teens, losing her father to alcoholism, losing first abusive/horrid husband to suicide, losing first daughter to drowning, second husband to mistress, third husband to a bad cold pill...sorry, the list is even longer but I won't go any further. So, yes, there are true heroes. I think true evil is only a seed in everyone and we haven't yet seen the full-grown plant (though Hitler might be classified as a small bush in this analogy).

Re: Hero's and Villians Dwndrgn, your mom is a true life hero! I thought my mom had been through a lot, I don't think anything can compare. I think all of us are true life heroes one way or another... for me, I know I'm a hero to my children. (And this is where the goddess theory comes in) For I am the only one who can kiss their booboos and make them instantly feel better.
