| Re: Neil Gaiman's Sandman Yes. I liked the sequence, "A Game of You" I think, which focussed a lot on her. It's incredible though, looking at Brian's post how many teen-girl bloggers today seem to follow Delirium's typing, colour and thought patterns, although it's a fair bet few of them have read the Sandman comics. I liked how Dream's speech was also distinctive - always white text on black. It was especially cool in the story about the baby who wanders into the realm of dreams, where Abel tells a story and Dream and Death are drawn in this chubby-li'l-kid cartoon style, and Death's speech bubbles are still white-on-black! |
