Still my favourite is the first one of his I got which was The Red Tree. Makes perfect sense some days when everything is harum-scarum and tipsy-turvy. The one I got most recently is The Lost Thing. In a way all of them are silent since they depend mostly on the illustrations and the words in the background of sheets of paper and such like. | |

| Re: Book Hauls! Oxfam came up trumps again, with Tom Holland's "Rubicon" for £2.99 - absolute bargain, and I've been eyeing it up in Waterstones for months. Tempted to sweep three James Barclay "chronicles of the Raven" along with it, but there's still most of the month to go..... |
