Yup, and that was where I picked up half of the books! It was rather wild, floor to ceiling sci-fi and fantasy, boxes of individual authors sitting on the floor. Lots of signed copies of books, and of course all the newest titles as well. I wish I had taken a picture of the place. I spent well over an hour rummaging through the store.

It's quite famous and I envy you. We don't have any good SF/Fantasy only bookstores nearby. Unfortunately, they all closed.

Hehe cause of the movie right? Even though they have nothing in common storywise. Damon was perfect as Bourne that after i left the cinema i was exploding of the urge to read any Bourne book

I have read only up to Supremacy, let me know what you think of Ultimatum in Ludlum thread.

Not seen the movie yet CoR - never do! Always read the book first as I can do it that way round. On the very odd occasion I see the movie first, I get very jumpy reading the book - so I have to do it the other way round. Read a load of Ludlum in the past and enjoy - so I'll let you know what the books is like. HAGD

Re: Book Hauls!

No need to worry about the movie cause it has nothing to with the books except Bourne character and treadstone. I have seen all three movies and know that. Have read two books too.

Thats why i saw Ultimatum movie before the book cause it has nothing in common except the title and Bourne.

Other than for the name, the Bourne character in the movie have nothing much really in common with the character in the books either

Re: Book Hauls!

Another library haul for me; two more books concerning HPL:

Writings in the United Amateur, 1915-1925
Supernatural Horror in Literature (Dover edition -- for the introductory essay)

and a collection by a friend, student, and follower of M. R. James (with his ghost stories on that last....): Nine Ghosts, by R. H. Malden....

Yeah but thats cause of the story. They removed everything that made him the old version of Bourne aka the book version.

Matt Damon captures him perfectly. To me the both Bourne are the same personality wise. The difference is in the movies he goes longer without knowing who he really is. Thats why i like the movies cause Damon is Jason Bourne from the book. Ultimatum storywise had more in common with Bourne Identiy book than the movie of the same name did.
