Has anyone ever thought what would happen if pug and thomas had a bit of a tiff. On one hand you have thomas who is a dragon lord, and on the other Pug who can destroy almost anything with a flick of his wrist. who will win you decide.

I would go for Pug, he has more brain cells than Tomas.Tomas would yield rather than kill Pug he has a strong sense of honour.

very true, but it doesn't just take brain cells really, and thomas has quite a few tricks up his sleeve as well.

i might have swayed towards tomas with the the dragonlord powers.....but after calis and the lifestone....mmmm.....id have to say pug

Would say pud dont think thomas woulsd get near enough to pug to actually do any damage.

I would say Pug Hands Down. In fact i dont believe it would be a contest. But now Pug in his prime and Macros in his that I want to see.

Okay, well, having read nearly all of Feist's books, I'm going to have to take into consideration how much they've both grown. At the time when Tomas first came into his powers, he could've ripped Pug a new one. As Pug matured, I think their powers evened up a bit, but I'm going to have to favor Tomas on this one. Don't forget that the Valheru fought a war with the gods of Midkemia, and succeeded in killing a few of them. Pug's no god, but he's pretty much the avatar of Sarig. He's close. It would be a VERY close fight. But in the end, Tomas would emerge victorious.

But Tomas has lost a portion of his powers now the Lifestone has gone.

Yes,we know that.But if Tomas hadn't lost his powers then?What if the Valheru overcomed him?No sense babling now,this isn't the topic.

I put my money on Tomas.A Valheru is a Valheru,only a fool would underestimate him.

Tomas would only be able to hurt/kill Pug if he got close. Pug could easily keep him at bay, I think.

read the festival part( imperial games in English, I think) Pug all the way, unless in close combat in which he'd be mishmashed. But with that kind off powers...
