I guess it would be Thomas, seeing that one of his power gives him controll over dragons. It would take some preparations to do it if he would ever plan to attack pug, though...

After Pug ,Nakor and Merinda started the Conclaive Pug has become much much Stronger than any one could have thought possible.I Would go with Pug without a dought

Um after Magician and before the Sethanon debacle Tomas would defeat Pug, as Ashen-Shugar he was counted the most powerful Valheru and Macros in his prime states 'there is no single being save the gods who could oppose him [ a Valheru]; except myself of course, but even at my full powers i could only survive... not vanquish them' Macros was more powerful than Pug by far.
Since Sethanon probably Pug.

tomas in his prime would have been a tough match for pug at his best, and being a dragon lord could have got a dragon (one that can do magic), then he would be like invincible

but after the lifestone hes lost alot of his powers, so pug would snap him

I like to think Thomas would win. He seems to just know certain things and have certain abilities that basically are magical.

Tomas did have great abilities however he looses them - A darkness at sethanon & rage of a demon king- with his valheru powers he would defeat - one-on-one anyone in the universe, only the aal (?) stood before the dragon host, all other races were defeated/destroyed or cast out of the known universe.

its simple if it was a melee fight it would have tomas would win but if tomas had to run in to fight pug would win (i voted 4 tomas)

Hmmm two youngish looking old farts in a battle? I dont think Tomas or Pug would ever get into a fight at this point.If they did Pug would put up a shield around him,and Tomas would bounce off,and the two friends would probably just start laughing at each other.

WhileToms is a formidwble opponent, I think with the range of magick Pug has at his disposal, he could at least 'bind' Tomas in some way to render him innefective, so my vote goes to Pug.

Yes, the answer to this really depends on what time they would have a stand off.
If early on it could very well be Thomas. But later on it would be Pug for sure
