Other Monsters - Which Would You Like To See?

We've got Davros and his Daleks this series and the Cybermen are definately coming back next series but apart from them which other aliens would you like to see come back?

For me it has to be the Sontarans, the Ice Warriors, the Silurian/Sea Devils and The Draconians.

The Sontarans are brilliant - so ugly they use their face as a weapon!!

The Ice Warriors were really inventive at their time and I'd love to see them come back as so little of their society was explored in the original stories.

Same for the Draconians - brilliant sociological concept yet hardly even touched upon in the stories themselves.

The Silurians and Sea Devils - Not a modern day story. I want to go back in time and see their civilisation on Earth before it was destroyed. Then we could have lot's of dinosaurs too.

Any ideas out there?

How about the Zygons? - they were great. But my favourite had to be the Krynoids.
I'd also like to see the Mara return - If they got the drama right this time it would be as creepy as hell!

I still get scared by the Myra to this day! Kinda was terrifying, especially the bit where Tegan was on her own ....

* shivers *

I'd have Sil from Vegence on Varos back. He was a nasty peice of work, but amusing with it.

It won't happen, but I'd love to see the Master back.

Ice Warriors are definately a story just waiting to happen. And the Sontarans were always fun to see.

I'd like us to get away from Earth a bit more though and see some of these guys on other planets.

With the 'Christmas Invasion' episode of the new, tenth Doctor Who heading towards the BBC on Christmas day, I wonder if it's appropriate for me to ask here whether the .... umm ... this might be SPOILER information for some of you but ...

does anyone know whether the Sycorax are new Doctor Who monsters?
I mean, are they entirely new, or being reinvated for the new series?

I think they were completely new and invented for that episode however I don't have a great deal of past Doctor Who knowledge (having only really seen the Tom Baker episodes) so don't quote me.
