| post apocalytic earth, advanced techno + drugs Hello, I'm looking for I think would be a short story ( or full book I don't remember) I read the story in french... The story is set sometime in the future after "the Big Cleansing " (le Grand menage). The world population is like 5% of what it was. I remember that the remainder of the population would participate in races in futuristic cars at high speed. People would also take drugs to change the reality... Also maybe I am mixing this part with another story, but virtual reality was also big in this world and you could "CONNECT" to other people wearing special robotic eyes ( instead of their own eyes) and experience the life of those Stars. This looks like part of a Gibson book or story but can't find it. Any help? Thanks Charles |

| Re: post apocalytic earth, advanced techno + drugs Hello! No idéa? I remember some girl in the story, she had "nikon-eye" or something like this. She would live the life of a star, and other people could connect to her "eyes" and feel and experience what she saw... Ill keep searching! |
